My family and I recently stayed at this town home. Not only was the home clean and inviting, the hot tub was a hit with everyone.
The house: it is a wonderful 3 bedroom home that has 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom is of ample space and each bathroom has a shower/bath location so there is plenty of space for everyone to sleep and clean up.
The hot tub: It snowed 12 inches while there, and it was wonderful to sit in the hot tub as the snow was falling. The tub is large. We had 6 people in it, and never felt crowded.
Location: The house is located a block or two off highway 9, and backs up to the marsh area of lake Dillon. The location made for a perfect vacation. We parked our car and did not use it again until we left. We were a block from a trail (the trail was not scooped, and while fun and challenging hiking in the snow, it would have been fabulous to snow ski on it). We either walked to Main Street Frisco for dinner, or took the Summit Stage. The Stage is one of the hidden gems of this location. A couple blocks from the home is the main Frisco Stage stop. From here you can ride the Stage to Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Copper, and even Leadville. All for free. Between the proximity of the town, and the Stage, this home kept us from driving in the traffic to the other towns, and allowed us to easily walk locally.
Area: Anyone looking for a stay in this area probably already knows about the ski areas around Summit County. In addition to those, there are Nordic Centers in Frisco and the other towns. They provide cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and tubing. Everyone from the youngest to the oldest on our trip enjoyed partaking in all the activities.
Misc: dealing with the owner could not have been easier. Angela responded to the initial inquiry and follow up questions quickly and completely. Once my reservation week approached, her directions and instructions were clear and easy to follow.
Thank you very much for your hospitality. I look forward to staying at this home again in the future, and can't wait to see what summer offers in the region.
