A VIEW TO REMEMBER

5 of 5
We had a family reunion in the mountains with 12 people, ranging in age from 12-66. Five of the kids were teens. When we arrived at the home, our hopes for a magnificent place to stay were granted. This place is spectacular! The owners have taken great care to make sure that their guests enjoy the house to the fullest. Every room is decorated with simple, elegant taste. The kitchen is a dream to work in…the views will distract you though! The highlight of the house is the living area with floor to ceiling windows that give you a view across the mountains to the Winter Park ski runs. What a perfect place to sip coffee, warm yourself by the fire and watch the sky change in color. Our teens greatly enjoyed the movies, X-box, flat screen TV's, lower level game room and the Jacuzzi, but most of all they loved experiencing the great outdoors. They used the sled that was provided for them in the heated garage every day. Getting groceries is easy with a Safeway nearby, and the restaurants are very good. We never had a bad meal. I cannot imagine a better place to take in a winter scene than this mountain home. Our family hopes to return to it for a future stay.
