The perfect vacation place!

5 of 5
From the moment we arrived, it was magical! The views of the mountains were amazing. The cabin was so lovely, with its quaint "woodsy" decor, and it was easy to feel comfortable. Anything you might need was available for use and, if not, a quick drive to town would remedy that. The town itself was adorable and incorporated many store designs into the mountains; which made the experience that much more exciting and unique. Just an overall truly exceptional vacation! I can't wait to go back!

Cozy Cabin!

5 of 5
My husband & I really enjoyed this cozy cabin. We wanted to spend Thanksgiving in the mountains! The cabin is fully stocked with towels, sheets, kitchen items (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, etc..) They even left us a turkey roasting pan. ;) We spent Thursday & Friday at the cabin & just relaxed. There is a small movie/DVD/music library to enjoy. Saturday, we ventured out for some hiking at Maxwell Falls. Then went to Evergreen for lunch & a walk around the lake. Very quiet & beautiful cabin community. We saw a couple of bucks walk through the property. Michael was very nice, helpful & quick to respond to any email or text. He supplied plenty of information & great directions to cabin. He also promptly refunded out cleaning deposit the next day. Thank you so much!

Incredible!

5 of 5
What an incredible place! Spacious for our family of four and the in-laws with all the modern comforts of home. Breathtaking views throughout the home and more outdoor space that we knew what to do with! Our young children loved the place and a no-brainer to just let them play and explore outside. We visited for a spring break week and saw extremes of weather. A snowstorm brought a couple feet of spring snow and then the spring sun came out melted the snow and our “snowman”! For several days, we snowshoed right out the back door and on up a private mountain without another sole in sight (rented snowshoes in Evergreen). The local ranch “caretaker” was fantastic. He made us feel welcome and was always responsive. He was generous with the kids and their fascination with his horses. And he plowed the road when it snowed and so access was not an issue. For families, know that Evergreen and surrounding area is great for kids. We only scratched the surface of the potential to do list, like the Colorado Railroad Museum (half-hour to Golden, CO - 15-acres of old trains) and Morrison Natural History Museum (half-hour to Morrison, CO - dinosaur fossils and a kids fossil dig). Best thing was just hanging out at the ranch! We’re certainly hoping to come back!
