Comfortable, and complete.

5 of 5
Everything a family needs to have a warm and wonderful Breck experience. Great fire place to warm your toes. Complete kitchen with all you need to feed the hungry. 2 baths makes it handy with a complete private bedroom and bath for mom and dad. Yep wireless so you can stay in touch. Don't miss this up to date condo just 2 blocks off main.

Great location; great condo; great amenities/pools, etc.; great owner to work with

5 of 5
Our stay at the Grand Timber Lodge was absolutely wonderful. We had two families in the condo (4 adults and 4 children) and were very comfortable. Beds (king in 2 of the bedrooms; queen and sleeper in the kids') were very comfortable. The soundproofing was great. The kitchen was large enough for both families, and was stocked with pans, utensils and plates to make all your meals there if you wanted to. We were right in building 6, which includes one of the indoor/outdoor pools, the arcade (small, but a kid favorite) and the restaurant/bar. I would highly suggest it. From what I could tell, the building is situated such that every room has a view of the mountains (some look over the courtyard to the mountains, which I preferred; some look over the ski runs, which get pretty quiet at night). Grand Timber Lodge is ski-in/ski-out, but not right on the hill or at the bottom of a lift. You have to ski up and down some berms and keep your speed up on catwalks to ski in all the way. To ski out, you have to take off your skis and walk across a short parking lot (25 yards or so) to get to the base of the Beaver Run lift on Peak 9 (and the ski school). But it was so much better than being away from the hill. We loved the convenience, especially with kids. Great proximity to town -- a 10 minute walk -- and the shuttle was always somewhere nearby if you wanted to go a little further. Lew, the owner, was great with suggestions, assistance, whatever we needed. We will definitely be back!!! (P.S.: on our last night, we did the Starlight Dinner out of The Maggie, where you ride a sled behind a Snowcat up the mountain -- truly memorable!)

Location, location, location!

5 of 5
Perfect condo for a family wanting to ski/snowboard over the Holiday and enjoy Breckenridge without the hassle of traffic. We didn't rent a car and the location was ideal. An easy walk to the gondola and a block off Main Street allowed for easy walks into town. The owners' description and pictures of condo are perfect and condo was very comfortable. We would definitely rent this again!
