                Great home!

We Kansans love this house! It worked very well for our family of ten, who especially enjoyed the foosball table and movie room. We also loved the hot tub and making s'mores around the fire pit. Since we ate in most nights, we appreciated that the kitchen was so well equipped and the dining room table was great for eating and playing games. After the family left, three couples joined us for a golfing vacation. The bedrooms, each with its own bathrooms were much appreciated. The owner is easy to work with. The views are spectacular and our only regret was that we had to leave!

Hard to see how this could be any better!

We were in town for the Firecracker 50 mountain bike race on July 4th and this townhouse was perfect for us. First: Location, location. The location was so great, our car never left its parking spot for the first three days. There is a grocery store one block away, and a ton of restaurants and shopping are a five minute walk. Breckenridge is full of excellent non-chain restaurants, which I love, and you can access them easily from this townhouse. Second: the townhouse itself. The garage was large enough for a Honda Element and 6 bikes parked around it. You do have stairs up to the main living and upstairs area, but such is the life of a townhouse. It lets you know how out of shape you are, hehe. The main area connects to the dining, which gives plenty of seating area for all guests to watch tv. Did I mention the tv? The owner obviously likes his electronics, since it has the best setup I have ever seen in a vacation rental. There is a large screen in the living room and master bedroom, with nice speakers, full cable, and even an AppleTV for streaming or Netflix (which is also included). There is no tv in either upstairs room, which is one of the only drawbacks. The rooms were large and comfortable, with cool Ikea furnishings. Overall it was beautiful, classy, and excellent. There was even a Britta water dispenser in the fridge. And, the price is very reasonable for the area. The drawbacks: You really have to look to find any drawbacks in this rental. The only things I would say is the lack of tv in the upstairs rooms and the parking. There is the garage and one other spot, so if you are there with three cars, one person is screwed. Like I say, you have to look hard to find any problem. I can't think of anything other than those and I would stay here every single time I return to Breck, without question. I look forward to doing so.

                Convenient and comfortable

This is a huge condo! Tons of beds and baths, plenty of space, and really comfortable. Hasn't been updated in a while (some minor flaws), but the furniture is good, kitchen has all the useful stuff, and really easy to get in and out for skiing at Breck or any of the other slopes a short drive away. Great views of the valley and peaks. And its super pet friendly for those short weekend trips where the dog doesn't get left out of the fun.
