PERFECT FAMILY CHRISTMAS

5 of 5
The home is fantastic, special, spacious and beautifully set up. The views are spectacular and the facilities A1. We all enjoyed the Movie Room and Hot Tub. The kitchen was well equipped and functional, and the living areas spacious and comfortable for our extended adult family. The huge bedrooms, each with a full private bathroom, were much appreciated. The home is close to the free bus run into town and Gondola station, giving great access to the ski runs. The owners were great to deal with and we'd love to come back some time

Hard to see how this could be any better!

We were in town for the Firecracker 50 mountain bike race on July 4th and this townhouse was perfect for us. First: Location, location. The location was so great, our car never left its parking spot for the first three days. There is a grocery store one block away, and a ton of restaurants and shopping are a five minute walk. Breckenridge is full of excellent non-chain restaurants, which I love, and you can access them easily from this townhouse. Second: the townhouse itself. The garage was large enough for a Honda Element and 6 bikes parked around it. You do have stairs up to the main living and upstairs area, but such is the life of a townhouse. It lets you know how out of shape you are, hehe. The main area connects to the dining, which gives plenty of seating area for all guests to watch tv. Did I mention the tv? The owner obviously likes his electronics, since it has the best setup I have ever seen in a vacation rental. There is a large screen in the living room and master bedroom, with nice speakers, full cable, and even an AppleTV for streaming or Netflix (which is also included). There is no tv in either upstairs room, which is one of the only drawbacks. The rooms were large and comfortable, with cool Ikea furnishings. Overall it was beautiful, classy, and excellent. There was even a Britta water dispenser in the fridge. And, the price is very reasonable for the area. The drawbacks: You really have to look to find any drawbacks in this rental. The only things I would say is the lack of tv in the upstairs rooms and the parking. There is the garage and one other spot, so if you are there with three cars, one person is screwed. Like I say, you have to look hard to find any problem. I can't think of anything other than those and I would stay here every single time I return to Breck, without question. I look forward to doing so.

Great family mountain place

4 of 5
This was an ideal place for our family of 7 -- five adults and two small children 4 and 2 years old. It's location in the complex was ideal -- at the end of the building, right next to the mountain stream. We fell asleep to the sound of the rushing mountain water. The hiking trail was steps from the door. The rooms weren't large, but they were adequate, only thing that keeps it a 4-star: furniture in main room uncomfortable for this reviewer with a back problem. Otherwise, it was an outstanding and memorable stay.
