LOVELY home, amazing location

5 of 5
I stayed in this lovely home with a group of women earlier this fall, and it was a fantastic experience. All of the details are well thought out, and the layout is perfect for groups. In fact, we could have doubled the size of our group and still had room for more people! The kitchen is a dream, with high end appliances and seating for everyone. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are large, with plenty of room for multiple users. The "kids room" has a queen and two twin daybeds with trundles and is the perfect quiet retreat for kids of any age (I shared this room with a friend and we felt like we were back in a sorority house!) The view of the mountain from the deck is spectacular, I can only imagine it is more beautiful in the snow. With the town just a brief walk away, you won't need your car mutch at all, and make sure to check out all of the nearby hiking opportunities, you won't be dissapointed. Before I went on this trip I really didn't understand my husband's obsession with "the west" and ski towns. But I 100% understand now. Breck is a magical place, and this house is the perfect home for your base camp. I'll be back for sure, I'm already planning a family reuinion for next year!

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience with paragon lodging and especially at the Alpine Majesty home was perfect. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond, and the home was much more than we expected. Our group was able to enjoy the mountains in plenty of style. Thank you very much! Manager responded on 9/25/2014: Thank you for your kinds words, Roman. We are happy to enjoyed your stay at Alpine Majesty and Paragon Lodging. We hope to see you again soon!

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When you get a family like ours together in a place like Breckenridge, the result is one of the greatest shared experiences we've had in a long, long time. We all loved it, from my 92 year-old mom to her month-old great grand daughter. The only one who didn't ramble on about the great time he/she was having was the one month-old. The house(s) were great: slept 17 adults. The kitchen was ideal for cooking for our large group. Our only criticism is that the house was too dimly lit- as if the owners were trying to save a few bucks on electricity. Most of the multi-bulb ceiling fixtures had only one bulb in them a low wattage sucker at that. I know it sounds picky criticizing the lighting, but when you pay $1000 a night, you'd at least like to be able to read a book if you wanted to. Truly: the lighting sucked. But, overall, we had a blast. The house was clean, well equipped and comfy. The home decor may not have been to our tastes, but that's a minor whine. If you're looking for a great place that can accommodate a large group, you'd should consider Lofty Peaks Villas (Fox Villa & Lynx Villa.)
