              Wonderful location

              5 of 5
We stayed at this location for a month and, from the time of our arrival to our departure,we were royally looked after by Paulina and her father Lalo. The apartment was very well located-- a25 minute walk to Plaza Sotomayor or a 5 minute bus ride (and there was a bus for 300 pesos every 30 seconds. The views from the apartment were stunning and will forever live in our memories. In addition, the apt. was very well-appointed and lacked nothing. The best restaurants we found were La Conception and Espiritu Santo--excellent food and reasonable prices. Thanks again Paulina and, especially, Lalo for all you did.

              An off-season success!

              4 of 5
My family (my Mom & Dad, my wife, my three daughters) just completed a short stay at Casa De Verano. It was a perfect place for us. Although it is a bit off season (mid-October) and we could not swim, we still had a great time. It allowed us to get away from the city for some peace and quiet. We used the place as a base to visit a winery, Isle Negra, and San Antonio. We also spent an entire day just exploring the coast, hiking up and down the cliffs and walking along the beach. The cooler weather of Oct made it absolutely ideal for what we used the place for as it was cool enough to explore without getting hot, but you could still sit by the pool and enjoy the sunshine without a coat. My daughter even got a bit of color in her cheeks from sitting outside by the pool. The house is clean and tidy and we met a wonderful gent who let us in and showed us the basics of the house. The owner even called after a day or two to see how we were doing. They seemed very interested in making sure we had a good time. I recommend the place and hope that my family and I will get another opportunity to stay there. Thanks!!
