5 star Location , Accommodation and Host!

5 of 5
We have just stayed at the beautiful Casa Dos Angeles B&B in San Miguel de Allende for eleven days.We LOVE it here and wish we could stay longer as this place is special. We definitely rate it FIVE STARS!!! {We can recognize a great B&B as we owned and operated a five star B&B in Vancouver for eighteen years and we are very fussy} 1. Location...Location...Location..It is right beside the famous Juarez Park so it is quiet and safe. The park is lovely for walking and enjoying nature. It is also only a twelve minute pleasant easy walk to the El Jardine which is the town centre. This area of the city is the most upscale with the most expensive homes. Quiet.Safe.Beautiful. 2. Great Accommodations..The house is gorgeous! It is decorated with beautiful Italian furniture which is so appropriate since San Miguel reminds us so much of the hill towns of Italy ..Staying here you almost feel you are in an Italian villa! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed is top of the line and the bedroom and bathroom are luxurious .Greg, the host, welcomes you to use the rest of the house and the Italian court yard with its comfortable chairs and impressive fountains. 3. A Great Host..Greg is kind ,charming and helpful. He will direct you to interesting things to do and see.He is also very interesting to talk to. He is very much a Renaissance man. ALL IN ALL we highly recommend this gorgeous 5 star B&B.Book now as they are filling up very quickly!

Brilliant vacation for our group

5 of 5
My wife and I recently returned to Hacienda Las Trancas for the third time. Each visit, our groups have rented the entire hacienda for a week, so the experience has been somewhere between a resort and a rental property. I have tried to describe the place and experience to others, but there are no adequate words. For friends who have recently been there with us, there are also no adequate words, but now they understand. We go with people who are like minded – if you're looking for a glitzy 5-star resort with smooth, shiny surfaces, this is not your place. It's 450 years old and full of texture and character. If you prefer authenticity and soul mixed with creativity and care, then it can be as special as you want it to be. It's casual elegance is nice and comfortable – rooms, grounds, food, everything. The staff are real people who you want to take home with you. The somewhat remote location inspires relaxation, but there's also plenty to do – when you include day trips into the must-see cities of Dolores Hidalgo, San Miguel and Guanajuato, the days fly by. Our group of 20 arrived as friends and acquaintances. A week later, we left as family. The hacienda is the kind of place where that can happen. Since returning, we simply laugh and hug one another and try to tell others to trust us.

Villa San Clementito: lugar ideal a los Sentidos.

5 of 5
