The perfect vacation - we'll be back!

5 of 5
We absolutely had the best vacation in our 30 years together! You know you've found the perfect place when the morning after we arrived while lounging by the pool we began planning our return. Bob, Bea and their family of furry friends were the best hosts, always available for us if we had a question or any need. Seabreeze Casa was perfect in every way. The only thing I could have used was a cushier pillow (but I'm a pillow snob) and it certainly did not affect my sleep. We slept soundly every night. Terry and I enjoyed the place so much we had to force ourselves to go to the beach and the store. We ate lunch at Tortilla Flats twice but were always anxious to come "home" to Seabreeze. Bea took us on a couple of quad adventures and we were able to meet their groundskeeper's family (who insisted that we stay for an entirely home grown, home raised fabulous meal). We enjoyed the two storms that rushed through, the awesome fireflies, the monkeys, parrots, Toucans and the huge toads who sat by the pool at night. We loved the geckos who visited us in the evenings while we played cards. The view from the tub of all of the above while having champagne and a bubble bath was such a treat! But the pool was our favorite part of all (I want one just like it) with the spectacular view. Tara adopted us and is so, so sweet. And when we hiked we were accompanied by a little black lab (I can't remember her name). The flowers! WOW. The whole property is beautifully landscaped and there are so many, many types of flowers everywhere! And the jungle is amazing! My goodness, between our camera and our two phones we took over a thousand pictures and videos! Our family and friends have had to sit through our enthusiastic "slide show" :) Oh, and the new Villa is without a doubt the most beautifully appointed guest home that I have EVER seen (I manage over 125 vacation homes several of which are rated Platinum so I know what I'm talking about). Thank you for this wonderful memory! We're coming back in a few months to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary! Seabreeze sleeps around 12 or so (but is perfect for two)! Pure Paradise

5 of 5
This was my first and certainly not my last visit to Costa Rica as long as I can stay at Villa Oasis. Tamarindo is beautiful and welcoming with much to offer between the beaches (El Be', Lola's), surfing, shops and restaurants (Seasons, La Palapa, Bamboo Sushi Club). The topper to our vacation was being able to wake up from the most comfortable sleep in this inviting Villa. To have breakfast poolside at Villa Oasis and then walk to the beach was Pure Paradise. This Villa had all the amenities (bath and beach towels, seasonings for cooking, coffee grinder, beautiful dishes and glasses...) and more, not to mention clean and meticulously maintained. Coming home from the beach to shower off in what feels to be in the outdoors is so relaxing. The spacious kitchen and living room provides the feel of being outdoors with all the windows, a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine, cheese and crackers before a night out on the town. Then to come home from a great Tamarindo night to relax whether poolside or head up to your warm and inviting bedroom is a perfect way to cap off a Costa Rican evening. This Villa is the perfect place to enjoy Costa Rica and I have already recommended to my brothers and friends. You need to experience Villa Oasis.

Great vacation

5 of 5
We had 4 couples staying at the Tipsy Gecko for a week and we all loved it. Domingo prepared wonderful meals and we ate at the Green Parrot most of the rest of the time since about everything else was closed while we were there. We would highly recommend the Green Parrot for meals. We rented a car for one day and went to the waterfall which is a must. Splash took us on a great snorkeling trip. The golf cart was an asset and we used it to take us everywhere else. Most restaurants and shops were closed during October but it was very peaceful and quiet.
