                The BEST yet!

                5 of 5
There's so many great things to say! First and most important, Adela was THE most helpful and friendliest owner we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! She's fabulous and leaves nothing out! Now, the stay.... We were two couples and the home was fantastic! It had everything you will need and then some. Cleaning, linens, beach towels were meticulous. We rode the bicycles nearly every morning and the kayaks nearly every evening. The pool is clean and rarely busy. Usually nobody there! The neighborhood is clean, tropical and very friendly. Lots of walkers in the morning with smiles and a "good morning" greeting. Paddling on the bio-luminescent bay is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Probably the most incredible thing we've ever seen in our lives! Rum Point beach and bar area is a blast! Don't miss the mudslides - even if you think you may not like them. You will! The Beach Party at the Kaibo Beach Bar and Grill (just down the street!) was great! Food was excellent, the band was very good. A fun way to spend the evening! Great grocery shopping at Fosters-IGA - best near the airport but the Countryside Shopping Village is ok if you don't want to make the drive back to the airport. But it's a long drive, so plan ahead! Liquor is VERY expensive so we recommend the local Blackbeards brand for price and quality. Very good stuff! The least expensive liquor store we found was a small local place across the side street from Fosters at the airport. If you're standing in front of Fosters looking out to the road, walk to the right and you should see it. Our favorite restaurant was the Lighthouse. Great food and exceptional service. Dinner out on the deck is fantastic! Check out the conch chowder! If you travel to Seven Mile Beach, visit Calico Jacks or the TikiBar for late afternoon cocktails. The Seven Mile Beach shopping is typical island stuff. The cruise crowds can get to be too much. The Botanical Park is worth the admission. Stingray City is a MUST and you can take the boat from across the street at Rum Point. We found some of the best snorkeling on the island right across the street at Rum Point. Swim (or walk!) out to the stone wall (reef). Great colorful fish and maybe even a Moray eel! We had a stingray swim between us as we were just wading in the water near the boat dock. All in all, too much to tell here but you won't regret this vacation. And Adela makes it so very easy and she's delightful! We WILL return one day!

                Outstanding Vacation Spot

                5 of 5
You just can't beat a rental unit with the Caribbean outside the back door. This is an excellent unit with close access to beaches and great reefs to explore in the back yard. Beth has done a great job of maintaining the property and keeping it fresh. Our party consisted of two couples and we found the large kitchen and dining area to be a big "plus". The outdoor deck is exceptional and provides a lookout on to the bay as well as the most pleasant spot to eat breakfast imaginable. There are a couple of good restaurants within a five minute walk and a supermarket around the corner. One great aspect of the unit is it's quiet neighborhood setting. We were blissfully away from the crowds, traffic, and mayhem that describes the more heavily touristed areas along Seven-Mile Beach. A great place, with great people, and great diving and snorkeling! We highly recommend you check out one of Beth's properties!

                Tranquil Paradise

                5 of 5
A beautiful location in paradise...the house was all we could have hoped for and more. It is in perfect condition with more amenities than we were anticipating including a fantastic kitchen, great bathrooms and excellent community features. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool, hammock and hot-tub while stargazing. Brenna was exceptionally helpful and provided insight into what to expect and how best to plan our stay. She was flexible and informative. We can't wait to return to this tranquil paradise.
