A real treat - very well appointed and maintained.

5 of 5
My wife and two children stayed for a bit over a week at the Harvey Nicole, and upon arrival we felt right at home. The condo is spacious, clean, bright, well maintained, and full of delightful surprise details that I think all rental condo owners should take notes from. The kitchen was more than fully appointed, the bedrooms simply and tastefully decorated. The huge dining room table that was never used for eating - the wonderful lanai with its ocean view, sounds of the sea and the ocean breeze had us "outside" for every meal. Many little unexpected but useful things came with the condo - a picnic cooler and jug, juice pitchers, ice packs, nightlights, and even a baby play/sleep pen and booster seat. The washer and dryer were also a welcome luxury. The vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment were also nice to have on hand for neat freaks like us. Mats on the floor throughout the unit (beside beds and entrances etc.) were most welcome - we had not before realized how welcome a simple touch like that would be. A healthy supply of beach towels were provided as well. The grounds of the condo and the pool were tidy and inviting, and the wonderful sight and sound of the sea right out the door (and past the pool) was like a siren song, calling to us to come and get our feet wet, or better yet, explore the nearby reef. The owner Nicole was helpful, friendly, and very quick to respond, . The reef is a short swim from the shore - but a careful entry was required to navigate past a few rocks, followed by a swim over turtle grass. Walking up and down the beach was always rewarding, but bring water shoes or flip flops since parts of the beach can be rocky (and sadly, some nearby properties have some washed up trash that intrudes on the beach areas). We saw a ray, a starfish, several large tunicate like creatures, baby fish, and even a heart urchin right on the shoreline. Shell hunting was always fun and rewarding too. A short drive away are Starfish Point and Rum Point - in my opinion 2 places not to miss on a trip to Grand Cayman. We went often. We loved the quiet of the north side, and although we did venture into town a few times, the Harvey Nicole was a wonderful place to stay for our vacation, and I would recommend it to families, couples and small groups (it can accommodate up to 6 people) who want a quiet and (very) comfortable home away from home in Grand Cayman! Cheers and best fishes, Dave and family

A Caribbean Paradise

5 of 5
We stayed at this beautiful condo on the equally beautiful Kaibo beach back in January. The condo is just meters from the water and has everything you need for a relaxed no hassle stay. We used the bicycles provided to tour parts of the island and the free use of the Kayak provided us with plenty day time entertainment. Life jackets were even available for the kids. All in all, I would highly recommend Sleepy Kai as a prefect relaxing get away and I will definitely stay there again if I am back in the area.

THE perfect spot on Seven Mile Beach

5 of 5
We just got home from our amazing 6 days at Sea breeze #8 on Grand Cayman. This condo was exactly what we were looking for for our time away. The beautiful decor, the stunning view of this pristine beach, the spacious layout, the gorgeous location on SMB were perfect for our group of 4 couples. The bedrooms were arranged so that everyone had privacy. The common spaces were so comfortable with cozy couches and a large table where we could all enjoy a meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. There was housekeeping service each day which was a plus! Llion answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly prior to our trip. Be forewarned, if you are planning a Sunday arrival, all grocery stores are closed Sunday on the island. We didn't take advantage of the service offered to stock the fridge. Next time we will have the basics stocked for our arrival so we can have coffee on the balcony first thing in the morning! Grand Cayman has fabulous restaurants! We enjoyed Grand Old House, Blue Cilantro, Sunshine Grill, Alfresco, Yoshi Sushi, Chicken Chicken!, Upper Crust and The Wharf. All WINNERS! There is a large grocery store about 1/2 mile from the condo. We cooked 2 nights and made lunches and most breakfasts at the condo. The kitchen was large enough for all of us to work together prepping meals. Sunsets from this balcony were beyond description, seriously! We spent our last day trying to figure out how soon we could get back here! We would stay at Sea Breeze #8 again in a heartbeat.
