VERY PRIVATE AND RELAXING

5 of 5
A very beautiful property located on a fabulous beach! We felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves most of the week and very private and relaxing. Exactly what we were looking for. Definately coming back here again. Yvonne and Phil are amazing and helped us with whatever we needed or come up. Thank you very much to them. The owners of this property are very lucky to have you here! Stephanie and David

Location, location, location!!!

Location was absolutely perfect. You could walk to most places and although we had a car, we didn't need it while at this condo. The owner was very sensitive to ensuring we had everything we needed and felt comfortable when we arrived. He even had a fruit basket and some refreshments in the refrigerator! Unit is very clean and tidy. Everything was in working order and you didn't need anything other than your bathing suit. We only stayed here three days of our ten because we had a timeshare. Wish we could have stayed here the entire time. I never slept so soundly listening to the waves! Other residents of the complex were extremely friendly as well. Beach is beautiful and not crowded. Kids had a great time and adults got some relaxing in. Thank you so much Marc!

Absolutely Perfect!

5 of 5
How do you find words to describe this place? A little slice of paradise? The Condo was wonderful! It exceeded all our expectations. Katrina is a delight and her speed with responses is unbelievable. We stayed for a week with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed everything about Rum Point Retreat 23. It is spacious and equipped with everything you could possible need and then some. There are loads of linens and they are top notch from the dishcloths to the sheet and blankets. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The washer, dryer and air conditioner are all great. We walked out the porch door and were within steps of the Ocean with the best of both worlds- a beautiful rocky coast curving into a lovely calm sand beach. We sat out in the morning with our coffee and watched the sunrise, and then at night we sat out again and watched the sunset. There are plenty of chairs and chaises and two picnic tables- the chairs are scattered around the beach and property and you can move them around. You feel as if there is no one else on the Island but a short walk along the beach and around a corner takes you to a funky beachside restaurant and bar as well as watersports and equipment- we ate lunch there twice- but when at the Retreat you don't even know it is there. We did have a car and explored quite a bit- Starfish point with all the lovely star fish and crystal clear water was minutes away...a beautiful beach that was empty when we went several times. We did the Bio Bay night tour ( such an exciting experience)which left from Kaibo which was very close. The Botanic Garden was wonderful and we did see the endangered blue iguanas. We did a private charter snorkeling and to Sting Ray City- priceless! We checked out some other snorkeling spots and walked a little bit up the road to the public beach and drift snorkeled back to Rum Point. But with all those adventures, we were always glad to get back to the Condo- it was so special and magical. Thelda and Gigi (on sight managers) were so accommodating and everyone was so friendly..we are already talking about going back next year. And by the way...yes.. it really does look like the pictures! There was not a single negative we can think of! Thanks again Katrina
