Wonderful Trip

5 of 5
Our stay at the Blue Reef was wonderful and all the pics are accurate. Everything worked in the townhouse and it had everything you needed to cook, relax, and to do laundry with if you are so inclined. We had no issues. Paula was great to work with, was very timely and professional though out the rental process. We rented a car, was picked up and returned to the airport by Barbara and she was extremely nice and easy to work with. I forgot my cell phone at the townhouse and Barbara returned to the airport and delivered it to me and refused payment! The restaurant recommendation list was spot on. We ate at the Poop Deck, Olives, Spritz, and Chives which we highly recommend. We will stay at the Blue Reef when we return to the Bahamas. Thank you Paula and Barbara!

Great Times at the Seapalm

5 of 5
Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second visit to St Martin, and the first time traveling internationally with our two young kids. We loved the Seapalm and we would definitely come back. The house felt very clean and homey upon arrival. Our concierge, Felicia, was wonderful to work with. When we arrived in the unit, there were a number of items we needed to make the stay more enjoyable, such as wine glasses, extra beach towels, dish towel, etc. Felicia made sure we had those items the next day. The outdoor spaces are well appointed and comfortable and the pool was very nice as it was partially shaded by two large palms. The house also felt very private as there is foliage on the back side and two semi-obscure town houses on either side. The proximity to the beach is key. The walk took 5 minutes. Note: Another reviewer mentioned the over chlorinated pool. We did not find this to be the case. Also mentioned were the biting sand flies. There were biting sand flies that came out in the late afternoon, however, if you are in the pool, they aren't bothersome. Things that we love about Seapalm: Customer service from Felicia Comfortable and attractive living spaces Extra beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas Proximity to Orient Bay Beach Private Pool Shower in bathroom downstairs was great for rinsing sand off Good air conditioning in bedrooms and in main living area Designated easy parking right in front of unit A few quirky items about the unit include: The squeaky canopy bed The private en suite bathrooms have shower and sink but a shared toilet is in a separate room in the hall. Circuit breaker tripped easily when using the stove. Luckily the breaker is located inside the unit. (Felicia was having an electrician check this out so it may no longer be a problem.) The floor tiles can be slippery when wet. Travelers with young children should be aware. However, this would not keep us fro

Perfect Abacos villa for Florida Boaters!

5 of 5
Just returned from a FANTASTIC week at Twin Palms. We found the property to be just as advertised--a clean, complete home away from home. The Property Owner was extremely helpful in our planning for the trip. The full kitchens and grills were perfect for dinners in, and the patios and deck provided incredible sunsets each night. Everything was there--right down to laundry detergent and Dryer Sheets for the high-efficiency washer & dryers. This is the perfect Villa for Florida powerboaters visiting the Abacos. We travelled over on our 36' Mako from Boca Raton, renting both Cottage 1 and Cottage 2 as we were two families. Mean-water depth at the dock was always better than 6', and the direct approach from the Sea of Abaco was greater than 7'. Like the Villa, the dock is well appointed with water and a cleaning table. From Twin Palms, it's a short run over to Treasure Cay for a day at the beach or to No-Name Cay to play with the pigs, up to Manjack Cay to play with the Rays and Sharks, and down to Great Guana Cay for a day at Nippers, Elbow Cay to visit Hopetown, or Man-o-War Cay to shop. Based on the owner's recommendations, we had two golf-carts waiting for us upon arrival, which were perfect to explore the island. Twin Palms is located right between the Bluff House and Green Turtle Club--which make for very convenient dining/bar destinations. Having visited so many Cays on this trip, I can confidently recommend Green Turtle Cay, and specifically Twin Palms for your next visit to the Abacos!
