It was wonderful to return to a place that was home to me for seventeen years and enjoy it so much.

A party of six golfers travelled from London, UK to Casa de Campo and La Romana where we were greeted by Nena and her daughter Paula who made us exceptionally welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfasts and lunches on the terrace outside, set among beautiful, tropical gardens, were amazing and appreciated by everyone. The facilities, large swimming pool and jacuzzi were set in tranquil surroundings frequented by humming birds and an array of beautiful butterflies. The accommodation was spacious and immaculately kept. Travelling was easy with the golf cart and efficient taxi service organised by Yves. We all had a wonderful time and the holiday has been a talking point amongst our friends since arriving back in the UK. The only complaint was that the trip was too short and that we should come for longer next year. We would all highly recommend this marvellous accommodation, in a glorious setting, to everyone.

Fantastic!

We had a lovely stay a truly enjoyed our visit to Saint Lucia. The photos for this property do not do this justice. There were six of us who stayed at this property and we had more than enough room. We didn't even use one bedroom while we were there. Joan was helpful from the very beginning from booking the villa, to arranging airport transfers for us to having dinner, breakfast, wine and some local piton beers in the fridge upon our arrival. The property is right next to the Windjammer Landing Resort which you have beach access to along with water sports, restaurants and bars at your expense. Was nice to be able to use the resort ammenities if you wanted to but if you wanted more privacy and quietness you could relax by the pool. The views of the ocean were beautiful and the villa is just a five minute walk to the beach. You can also call for the resort shuttle to take you down to the beach and bring you back to the villa from the beach if you wish. We opted for a few days to do day excursions from the resort but mostly we spent the morning hours by the brach and returned to the villa pool for the afternoon. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to return to Mango Tree Villa again in the upcoming years!

Exceptional Villa Stay!

5 of 5
We were met at the airport by Michelle and followed her out to the Club--she waited to be sure we had a seamless check-in, which we did. She also checked in towards the middle of our stay to be sure we were enjoying our time at Club Melia and the surrounding area. It was great to have a local contact for local references to area stores and places to visit. The property was clean and the villa stocked with everything we needed for the week. The beds were super comfortable and the view from our patio out to the pool was good with views of the ocean beyond the pool area. (We had a room on the third floor and would highly recommend this for a great view.) There was a nicely paved walking path outside of the villas that took you past the golf course in addition to two pretty well-equipped gyms on the grounds for working out inside. The staff at the VIP lounge were very patient as at times it could get pretty busy--they serve up free beverages in the VIP lounge so the wait wasn't bad. If we needed anything, we always got there early in the morning to avoid waiting. The guys in our group did an inshore fishing excursion through 787Fishing and brought the cleaned fish home for us to enjoy a meal which we were able to make in our villa. We also booked a snorkeling excursion through Tim Wallin, PR Vacation Helpers, and stopped to visit Flamenco Beach--very nice beach! The catamaran had about 50 people on it, but for some reason did not seem too overly crowded. No Regrets--well, other than the lack of WI Badger fans during the NCAA championship game!
