"Our own private paradise!"

5 of 5
This was by far the best vacation we've ever taken. From the minute we booked the trip to the moment we arrived, we were treated like very important guests. The owner provided us with all the information we needed for our stay and replied so quickly to any questions we had. He really went above and beyond our expectations in so many other ways to make sure we enjoyed our stay in his home. The neighborhood provides a very secure feeling and is beautifully maintained. Our girls absolutely loved walking to the park there. The property is amazing, so private and well maintained. It really felt like our "home" for the week. The views from the property are spectacular. We especially loved how all of the doors open on both sides of the house, providing us with this wonderful ocean breeze and sounds of nature. Our girls didn't mind doing their school work each morning at the table on the balcony outside of their bedroom. Having NeNe as our private chef for the week was an excellent decision. She was such a nice lady and her cooking is amazing, we really felt spoiled. We enjoyed walking to the supermarket and Sousua Beach which were only a short walk from the villa. We also spent a day at the beach in Cabarete watching the kite surfers and a day at the Monkey Jungle Zipline Adventures. Both were well worth the short trip by car and were days we'll never forget. All of the people we encountered during our stay were so friendly. At the end of the day we enjoyed relaxing at "home" with a movie on the giant flat screen with surround sound. This is one vacation I have a good feeling we will repeat!

Wonderful stay -- we'll be back!

5 of 5
We've been coming to this house for several years now and have never been disappointed. The view and access to the beach is wonderful. The house is well-designed to accomodate a variety of guests. The housekeeper is lovely and so accomodating -- if anything is wrong, she takes care of it right away. The grounds are beautiful. The kitchen is decently equipped for those few nights we don't walk into town for dinner. The Cabarete Coffee restaurant is just a few minutes walk and they have great food and amazing coffee. Everyone in my family has a favorite activity -- my husband likes to take long swims in the ocean and jog on the beach then nap on a sun chair. My teenage daughters bounce between the beach and pool and sunchairs, sometimes sunbathing on the roof. I prefer quick swims and then reading in the little gazebo, watching the kiteboarders. It really is a wonderful place!

Villa Tropica

5 of 5
The pictures do not do this home justice. It is beautiful and very comfortable. We were a group of 6 adults and a 1.5 year old. We had tons of space and our two week stay was fantastic. The owners and property manager were very helpful and always quick to get back to us. The property is clean, private and quiet. Leeward Beach is a couple of blocks away and worth the walk! It was even more beautiful than Grace Bay where the hotels and resorts are located. A car is necessary if staying here as groceries and restaurants are a couple of miles away. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family. The only downside to staying here was there were ants...just be sure to put everything sealed away or in the fridge and they won't bother you. Turks and Caicos is pricey...however there are NO crowds, nobody selling things on the beach and the beaches are the most beautiful I've seen. With next to no one on them.
