I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

we had a baby with us and this unit had a great layout (3 bdms upstairs and large master on the main). The unit is well equipped and lovely mountain vista from the many windows. The master ensuite is lovely (great rain shower and spacious), the unit is tastefully decorated and the beds were all very comfortable. The management company was very helpful when I ran into problems parking at the complex. The only negatives...one pillar was missing from the staircase (not an issue for us as our baby isn't moving yet,but would be problematic if left unrepaired and you had a toddle), the upstairs shower tub was slow to drain and the staff at the hotel/condo's front desk were very unhelpful as we didn't book through them - just a "heads up" to not bother asking them for anything for future guests - just call the management company instead). The only thing that could make this place better is to have a bbq (which based on prior comments isn't possible due to strata rules) and to have parking included Overall, we all had a really enjoyable & comfortable stay and everyone said they'd like to come back :)

Thank you for bringing to our attention the missing staircase pillar and slow draining tub. Maintenance will be attending to these issues. We must apologize for the confusion created by the separate management of the Le Chamois front desk. You are correct, should you require any assistance throughout your holiday whether to book an activity or have maintenance attend the home, our front desk and guest experience team is only a phone call away and very happy to assist. While we do appreciate the added cost parking presents, upon review from previous guest feedback, we have determined that we are unable to package the cost into the rental fee as the parking garage is operated and payments collected by a separate Strata Manager. We are pleased to let you know that in comparison to many Whistler Hotels (that average up to $30), the cost of Le Chamois’ parking at $15 per night is very reasonable.
