Comfy and convenient

A clean, comfortable, convenient stay with easy parking. Nice people to rent from. Hope to return there.

The property is great.

This property is right around the corner from our son's place on N. Harper so it is a very convenient 3 minute walk to his house. The apt. is well equipped with just about everything one needs. We just booked another 5 days in December for a xmas visit. The bed was very comfortable. The only problem we encountered was the television in the living room. We couldn't turn it on. We spent about an hour fiddling with it, following the instructions to a "T" but couldn't get it on. My son came over and he didn't have any better luck. We finally had to call and you sent someone out while we were at the beach to turn it on and left it on. When we returned and turned in for the night we turned it off as I noticed the TV was getting rather hot to the touch which I thought was quite strange for a flat screen television. When we tried to turn it on the next morning we couldn't get it turned on again. While a red light was at least flashing on the front of the unit we still couldn't get the thing on and it just made a clicking sound about every 5 seconds. That kind of worried me so I just unplugged it until we left. Granted we are not tech wizards but turning on a TV shouldn't take an advanced degree in electronics. We ended up watching the news on the bedroom TV's which have horrible reception. I might suggest more detailed instructions on how to get the thing turned on. While it was not that big of a deal since we did not come to LA to watch TV it was still quite annoying to have to go in the bedroom to catch a program in the evening after a long day instead of the comfort of the living room.
