This is a very nice, quiet, beautifully remodeled apartment in a great location. It is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. It is 2-3 blocks from the beach and across the street from one of the canals. It is also right around the corner from the main drag, which boasts a Starbucks and another independent, funky, fun coffee shop as well as several restaurants. It is a fairly short and pleasant walk to the quirky and always entertaining Venice Boardwalk. Ray, the owner, lives upstairs and is quite friendly and accommodating. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen and each night includes 2 free coffee's or teas. The back patio is also quite nice, but the apartment is on the ground floor and located in the back of the building, which is surrounded pretty closely by other buildings, so there is really no view beyond the small back yard, which is quite nice. Overall, this turned out to be a great place to stay.
