Elegant houseboat in a convenient spot!

5 of 5
My 2 kids (ages 9 and 10) and I LOVED our stay in this elegant floating home. Warwick has terrific taste and the house could not have been more comfortable. The kids relished the adventure of climbing down a ship's ladder to their cozy suite (complete with xbox!) as much as I appreciated my top floor master suite. Warwick was flexible with last minute date adjustments and a thoughtful host - the fresh flowers on arrival were lovely!

Exceeded expectations

5 of 5
My friends and I spent a weekend here and had an amazing time. The ferry is unique--where else can you open your eyes in the morning, and the first thing you see is a paddle wheel? There was plenty of space for the four of us, and the décor is almost as amazing as the ferry itself. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The marina is very quiet. We enjoyed our peaceful mornings on the deck, watching the many birds. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance of the ferry. Downtown Sausalito is about 2 miles away--an easy walk or a fast drive. Highly recommended.

Sisters Get-away

5 of 5
My sister and I finally took our much-delayed retirement trip, spending it in Sausalito on this charming houseboat. We were in Sausalito the third week of August and the weather was perfection every single day. The houseboat was charming and comfortable. We enjoyed the mornings on the deck with our coffee, watching the fog clear, and the evenings on the deck with our happy hour cocktails. Occasionally our friendly "harbor cat" would come by for a visit, pawing at the door to be let in and then curl up in a chair for a nap. We (and the cat, I suspect) felt totally at home. This is a lovely alternative to a hotel. In fact, I'll not likely opt for something as mundane as a hotel room again. This is a great way to livel like a local. Thank you Michele for everything!
