Best Place to Stay in San Fran

5 of 5
The listing was very much accurate to what I experienced. The property was very well maintained and Joy was such a pleasure to work with. She emailed me promptly after I paid with the details on how to get into the apartment. When the code she emailed me did not work, she was very accessible (even when I called her around midnight). I had a great experience staying here and will definitely be staying again the next time I am in San Fransico. I felt quite at home and the bottle of wine and hand written card were a nice touch! You cannot go wrong staying here!

Excellent!

Great! Excllent location within walking distance from the beach. Also close to public transportation. In a quieter neighborhood but it was nice to live like a local! Apt was clean and Maria was great. The only downside was that the bed was a little hard.

Clean, comfortable studio

5 of 5
My wife and I had a great stay here. The owners were laid-back and made sure we had everything we needed. They were great with communication, taking the initiative as our check-in date approached, and responding quickly each time we contacted them. The studio's kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast most mornings and dinner a couple of times. The studio has ample closet space for storing luggage and a spacious bathroom. There's a cute little balcony/front porch with a table and chairs for morning coffee/tea. Transportation: The location is good, especially if you're using public transit: The 1 and the 38 come within a few blocks a frequent intervals. Parking is tricky if you're driving. Dining: Another plus about the location is the proximity to "new Chinatown" on Clement. Less than a block away, dozens of fantastic, cheap restaurants await discovery. I fell in love with Ban Mi and Dim Sum here. The owners will have some great recommendations, too. Laundry: There's a laundromat nearby (near 6th and California) that's clean, safe with a friendly patron. We'd stay here again.
