Exceeded expectations

5 of 5
My wife and I and our small dog recently stayed for 5 nights while attending a wedding down the street at Mavericks Event Center. I am not sure who had more fun. I know our dog did not want to leave. Amazing location!! Enjoyed watching and interacting with all the kayak crabbers who use the beach access to set up their rigs. Everything was great. We really enjoyed Princeton-by-the- Sea and especially this very special property. Next time we will stay for at least a week so as to further explore the area. I wish Princeton were not 3000 miles away, as we would visit more often it it were closer. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Great stay, accommodations were everything advertised. Wonderful location with neighborhood food, beverage, and groceries close by. Easy access to public transportation.

Geat place with minor exceptions

4 of 5
The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and will stocked from linens to kitchen. What we didn't know is that the main bedroom windows are right on a busy street across from a parking garage, and the sidewalk is right beside the windows (several of which didn't have screens so could not be left open a night). Now for somebody used to big city traffic this would be of no consequence at all, but for us "country folk" it was a bit noisy. And others in the building who enjoyed smoking, but not in their apartment, did so right underneath our open window. If you are by yourself, this would all be taken care of by sleeping in the "back" bedroom in the single bed, which was very inviting. My sweet wife used this bed to nap on while I was at meeting. But in spite of the noise (something I'm just not used too, not that it was excessive for a typical downtown area) the property was a very nice place to stay. Very convenient to just about everything downtown, very well maintained and stocked and very comfortable. I would certainly recommend this property to others (but bring Ambien and earplugs if not used to city life).
