Top-notch! Would highly recommend.

Wow! What a find! We will definitely stay here again! The place was immaculate. Super-cute... decorated in Sun/Moon theme and literally had EVERYTHING we needed! The studio was very warm and inviting with plenty of elbow room. I could have easily spent the day just lounging around, but there's so much to do around town. Speaking of....We couldn't have asked for a better location. The studio is in a very cute Spanish style home in a nice residential neighborhood with lovely views, yet we were only BLOCKS away from Universal Studios and very easy on/off freeway access. And we never had to worry about where we would park when we got back, because guess what?... it came with it's own parking spot! The kitchen was fully equipped with nice, NEW, appliances, dishes & glassware. We could have easily cooked all of our meals here, but we mostly used it for breakfast and a few light meals only because I'm personally opposed to cooking on vacation! LOL Super comfy bed, sofa, and area for lounging around. The house also has a cozy courtyard where we spent several evenings sitting under the pergola, listening to the water fountain and sipping wine.... I could do this EVERY night! Oh, and the studio had satellite TV and free wireless Internet (in case you need to catch up on emails and such). This will definitely be our "go to" place whenever we're back in town! The owners, Scott and Tatiana were extremely welcoming and so pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this studio!

Comfort, and Close to Everything

The place was so clean, and smelled fresh. I loved the beds and classic hollywood decor. Aleem was a great host, he took care of everything I needed and I would definitely come back again.

FANTASTIC!

Due to traffic issues on a long drive down from the San Francisco area, we ended up being quite later than expected. The owner was absolutely patient and understanding about the whole thing, and met us at the guest house when we arrived. The house is just lovely - it is decorated to its fullest potential with just enough furniture, but not too much to overwhelm the space. Our children were even invited to pick oranges off the backyard tree to eat, which they did every morning we stayed at the guest house (the oranges were delicious, by the way). We were given absolute privacy during our visit, but our son also really enjoyed just sitting in the sun in the yard, which was nicely kept. It was also very quiet. The house is central to quite a few things - you can walk to the grocery store and Starbucks, as well as quite a few various restaurants in the area. It is less than five minutes to Universal Studios, and just off the highway (although in complete honesty, LA is probably the worst place in the world to use the highway, so maybe that's not really a selling point). We found the guest house even better than described, and would gladly reserve it again if we are back in the LA area.
