It was the perfect home for our needs with a large family. With three bedrooms, we were able to comfortably sleep 3 in the bottom bedroom and 4 more upstairs. It was a real luxury to have 3 bathrooms for a large group! The backyard is peaceful and the pool was a delightful plus for all!

Beautiful, Modern, Family Friendly getaway!

5 of 5
Our visit to Quietwater was nothing short of spectacular! The house, the patio and views were amazing. We hosted a small get together for family and the kitchen was perfect for entertaining. The layout is ideal for multiple families. We were able to have the kids run around the HUGE great room during the day and then put them to bed in the DARLING kids room while the adults congregated on that oh so comfy sectional for late night antics. The drop down movie screen was a big hit with kids and adults alike. The location is so easy right off the 101 yet you feel like you are way way out in the country with the views from the top of the hill. We will definitely go back, working with Sara was a pleasure.

Home away from home

4 of 5
The house was just right for our time in Santa Rosa. The kitchen was well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. The yard was lovely, and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio. It was clean and well-maintained. It is close to all the wonderful things to do in Sonoma County. We enjoyed our breakfast at the Piner Cafe, and did our grocery shopping at nearby Raleys - a lovely grocery/wine/beer/all-purpose store. We visited wineries [Bella and Truett-Hurst were both top-notch]. If you go, make sure to stop at the Dry Creek General Store and get sandwiches to take to Truett-Hurst and eat them in the Adirondack chairs that they provide along the lovely creek next to the winery, or you can eat them just outside the store on General Store patio with the great view of vineyards. If you to the general store, make sure to see the bar within the store. We had fun at the beach, Bodega Bay - clam chowder is delicious. The location of the house is in a quiet subdivision. I would highly recommend this property.
