      Relaxing and/or fun family getaway

      5 of 5
In search of a place by the beach, close to where the happenings are and is family friendly, this condo meets our needs. Our trip wouldn't have been unforgettable without finding this gem! We were visiting Santa Barbara right before the school year start and to visit family who lives less than 10 minutes away from this condo, which was super convenient. This place is clean, has all the amenities that we needed for a vacation and more. This time of the year must've been extra warm in Santa Barbara so we asked if they had fans to cool us down at night and the property manager helped set us up. I also asked if they knew where the closest place to grill food in the complex and they set us up as well. We came back to the condo from a quick trip to the beach and lo and behold, two brand new remote controlled fans and brand new Kenmore grill with accessories waiting for us in the condo. Katee, the property manager was so responsive and helpful. Our two young boys felt at home and we were able to make dinners with family while in town visiting. It saved us a lot of money by cooking our own food. Also, the beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach towels were a nice touch cause we used them a lot being at the beach almost everyday. I love the West Elm and Restoration Hardware pieces that were in the condo, plus free wifi (could be stronger signal though). And if some days you wanna just watch TV, cable connection was available as well, but we rarely used that. We would definitely consider going back if we are planning on visiting Santa Barbara again!
