Nice place, great location

5 of 5
My wife and I spent 3 weeks here in December and thought it was great. The apartment is down a narrow driveway and over a garage, but don't let that put you off - inside it is bright and cheery, with a nice balcony, good kitchen, and private use of a small courtyard with hot tub. And it is walking distance from several great Mexican places on Milpas Street, and a short drive or long walk (30 minutes) from downtown.

Lovely retreat, home away from home.

As quiet as one could get in Montecito. A great, safe feeling home away from home feeling. Proximity to all in Montecito and Santa Barbara was great. We had a great time and really felt remiss to have to leave and come back to a cold blast of -15F. Being in the area again after some 20yrs brought back lots of fond memories and we've contemplated making this an annual R&R. If only we could afford to buy a place out there!! Thanks much and hope we left it to your standards. Chris
