GREAT PLACE TO GATHER TOGETHER

5 of 5
The house was well laid out, well stocked, and well maintained. It allowed the ability to gather together in several places, and for individuals to find seclusion or partake in varying activities. The description of the place matched well what we found. Having grown up in a similar home by the same developer on the Peninsula, we had a good sense of what to expect. There were a number of nice detailed upgrades which still kept the basic flavor of the 'California Modern' style. The owners were very responsive throughout the whole process, and provided very helpful information on both the house and the area. We enjoyed being close to places where we could enjoy nature. It was possible to access the hills via a short walk down the street. In the city itself we enjoyed going to China Camp State Park near the Bay. Mount Tamalpais was not a long drive away, and allowed great views of the northern portion of the Bay Area. Even Point Reyes could be reached within an hour without having to even get on a highway. Other destinations of interest were also easily reached. Frank Lloyd Wright's Marin County Civic Center is only a couple miles away, and there is much that can be seen on the inside. San Francisco itself is not far - there was even the opportunity to reach it by ferry, though we had enough on our plate to permit it. One relatively local place we enjoyed eating at was 'Toast' in Novato - in a small shopping center a few miles north, and just east of Hwy 101. We would gladly recommend this home for a group that would like to casually hang out, but be accessible to a variety of activities.
