At first, I was afraid I had gotten scammed out of my money, but luckily was reassured by homeaway's security department because I was insured for fraud. Khanh, was quite late (to the last second) in giving me information about the check in details, the address, and some of the answers to my questions. I was then redirected to the manager, a very kind woman named Anne and from there things had gone so much smoother. She was kind, courteous, welcoming, and was accommodating to some of the ruckus that my friends had made when coming back from the wedding that night. Overall, I had a fairly good experience here and would come back. Only cons were that the floors weren't particularly clean as I had hoped it would be, but it was probably because we checked in fairly close to the time the person before us checked out so the cleaning crew couldn't do a great job, but it was still livable. Also another concern is for Khanh, the owner, to be more responsive and alert in responding to his clients or at least leave a contact of the manager in case he can't respond at least, so I wouldn't have been left in the dark for so long. I'm also still currently waiting for my security deposit back about 11 days later.
