It is amazing that the house at this price point can have all this amenities and features only available in much larger and pricier houses; to name a few: water filtering and softening system for the whole house, none of the chlorine smell when you take a bath. Home Theater system in living room with hi-end components, Velodyne subwoofer for example, the owner told us we can play movies as loud as we want because the in-wall speakers can take 300 watt output. All LED lighting with dimmers are installed throuout the house. All bathrooms have shower panels with body sprays; Master bedroom has 3 light controls for ambiance and a hometheater with ceiling speakers and a 48inc HDTV. The other two bedrooms has a shadow inwall speaker system that you can plug your smart phones or Ipod into to listen to surround music. I'll bet most people don't even know these things exist. I recommend the management should create a manual to explain the use of all of these wonderful things they have in the house. I am an audiophile therefore able to figure things but most people probably not.
Another thing I like about this house is it close to everything. Five minute drive and you'd be at a big shopping mall, movie theaters, Safeway, Bank of America or Wells Fargo, A great Asian center with a supermarket and at least 20 restaurants. The freeways are just a few minutes away.
The house is neat and clean. The front garden is designed with simplicity but well-coordinated. Backyard has fruit trees and a covered porch with table and chairs. I think it can do with maybe some less number of chairs and tables. But it is actually not as bad as one reviewer make it seem to be.By the way air conditioning should be listed as one of the strong points of this house. Both upstairs and downstairs cool down faster than any of the houses I stayed in in the past.
I almost forget to mention the kitchen. It has all the utensils, flatware, silvers, bowls, coffee maker, blender, large plates for spaghetti dishes, a full knife set in block. there is undercab lights which make preparing work a little easier.
Supplies are also plenty and of quality: conditioning shampoos and body wash, soft double ply toilet tissues, laundry room detergents, stain remover, clorox,
The exterior lights are automatically turned on at night:two in front 1 on walkway, 2 on the side of the house.
The property manager,Ken, is a serious guy but extremely efficient in providing supports when need.
