Nice house

5 of 5
Agust said: Khanh was communicative and quick to respond to all my messages. The House itself is extremely spacious and elegant (just as the description says...) with 4 bedrooms (the beds were extremely comfortable!), huge living/dining area, a family sized kitchen and a great outside patio. And all this in a wonderful neighborhood. The house manager Jesse was very kind and professional. Our flight landed very late and arrived at the house at 11PM, but he waited at the house for us, to make sure we were alright. He also gave us advice on getting around the area, and went out of his way to find us a local cab company, when I called to check-out. I have no hesitations in recommending this House, or Khanh to anyone who is thinking of staying there. (July 2014)

Great house for a weekend getaway

4 of 5
I booked this home for my own low-key bachelorette party of around 11 ladies. The kitchen / dining room / living room was a great space for us to cook, drink, and hang out in. We also eventually figured out the bluetooth stereo and got some music going. Positives: - big space, plenty of room to spread out - the pool and hot tub were lovely. Super easy to heat and adjust settings (lighting!). We didnt use the sauna/steam room thingie, but it looked lovely - big kitchen, lots of counterspace, great collecting space - Living room couches that folded down into beds were comfy - We heard nothing from the neighbors - we were pretty quiet, but no neighbors is always a good thing - Really beautiful view from the back yard / pool area Small Drawbacks: - The house was not as stocked as everyone expected it to be. I'm new to VRBO so I was flexible, but some of my lady friends are very opinionated and they felt pretty indignant. Examples: we cooked our whole first meal using ONE dull, smaller-than-a-cheese knife, knife. We eventually found the full set of knives in the dishwasher. There weren't enough sheets to go around, but after emailing with Bruce and looking 3 or 4 times, we finally found the new sheet sets in the bottom of the box at the very bottom of the linen closet (happy day!). We never found more than the 5-6 bath towels around, which made showers and pool a little difficult. My friend bought Duck Dynasty towels at the store to supplement ($3.95!). The kitchen was missing some pretty standard things: cheese grater (we brought, thank god, since we made fondue), dishwasher soap (we purchased), dishtowels (we purchased), and more than 1 cutting board (we had someone else bring). - Also it took more than 2 and a half weeks to get my sizeable deposit back. This might be standard processing time, but it felt like a long time to me. Bruce was communicative throughout the booking process, answering my questions and sending the detailed rental agreement. I'd recommend this house for anyone looking for a getaway with a beautiful view and some lovely pool/spa amenities.

Amazing

5 of 5
We loved everything about the home! It was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner. The lighting and upgrades are upscale and the bathrooms have big showers walk in showers. The home was well supplied with towels, bedding and decorations. The back yard is amazing with the waterfall and pond. We were all very comfortable, relaxed and had a great stay. We had lunch near by and took us a minute to get there. We will be back and that is for sure...best rental in our travels!!!!
