The Apt has a nice, newly finished, bright modern look. It was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Bathroom door oddity not a problem...you get used to it. Best feature: Public transportation right across the street and is a straight shot down to catch the BART! Price off season was good. Drawbacks: we rarely could get heat so it was chilly unless we were under the down blankets. The Thermostat in March was still reading "change filter" as the August reviewer complained and there was a "lock" icon on the screen. Only got heat twice.... but with no ability to control it...it just came on...the thermostat did not allow us to adjust it...one of these times was the middle of the night it was suddenly on and full blast...noisy and hot. Other evenings we tried to get heat and got none.Outside noises loud but we had exercised so hard during the day we slept fine! Front hide-a-bed was uncomfortable. Would come here again off season if only 2-3 people and if someone posts the heater works. Parking...the two neighborhood streets that we were told had free parking did not. The lot at the Medical Center was expensive at $28 per day but was a short walk.
