A beautiful house with a stunning view.

5 of 5
A beautiful house located in Encino. We're a party of five, and my kids are from 15 to 22 years old. This house was perfect for us. The view was stunning, and the neighborhood was really quiet. We felt really safe during our stay. Within 45minutes with car you will be reaching Santa Monica Pear, Malibu, Hollywood and a lot of other attractions. The house owner met us when we arrived and guided us around the house. He was living close nearby and if it was anything we wondered about he would help us out. I would love to come back another time

Spacious condo, great location

5 of 5
Our extended family gathered in LA to attend our son's wedding and needed a place that was large enough to sleep 8 - 2 couples and 4 individuals - and be a 'home base' for the preparations as well as a little sightseeing. This condo met all our needs, being both spacious and convenient to highways. We found the property description to be accurate - 2 very large bedrooms, 1 with a walk-in closet, 2 bathrooms, 2 beds and a dresser in the loft and 2 futon / couches in the living room. The kitchen is narrow but well equipped with large, newer appliances and plenty of cooking and serving items, and we used it alot. There are only 4 dining room chairs, though, so we had to be a little creative when it came to eating meals together. The building itself is on a very busy main street opposite a large community park, so the 2 parking spots in the secure garage are invaluable! We did find it quite challenging to coordinate the coming and going of 2 groups of people & cars, though, as you cannot get in or out of the garage without a controller, and there is only 1, but we were able to work it out. This unit is on the upper level of a nicely maintained building and requires 2 steep, long stairways to access it. There are many interesting restaurant options in the Noho district, about a 5-minute walk from the condo, and a Ralph's supermarket is a short drive away as well. The owner was very easy to work with, leaves a notebook filled with helpful info for guests, and responded to our inquiries quickly. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to LA.

A fabulous place to stay!

5 of 5
A very welcoming and spacious holiday rental home. Great location -not far from public transport so a car is not essential. Very convenient for all Hollywood attractions and Universal Studios. The house is very well-equipped, with efficient appliances which were very useful, and has some great features such as the roof terrace. One very small improvement that could be made is perhaps having a little more local information available within the house - leaflets, tourist guides and maps etc - to help plan activities. Overall we had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great little holiday rental.
