Lovely, Shabby chic, Homey

5 of 5
This is a nice, homey, and centrally located house perfect for our family. The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Rebecca was very nice, accommodating, and responsive. There were five of us and Rebecca made sure that all of us slept comfortably. The location is 20 minutes to most of the places we wanted to see. Coronado island, downtown, and the airport is just 20 minutes away. My kids walked to restaurants in the Kensington area which is just a few blocks away. We were very happy and satisfied. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again when we come back to San Diego.

Really Nice Property

4 of 5
This was a last minute vacation to celebrate sending our oldest daughter off to college. Our family of 5 had a great time staying here. The property manager Ramon was extremely accommodating and his followup throughout was quick and much appreciated. The layout of the house was great for our 3 teenage kids (each had their own room with private bath). Everything was clean and well maintained. It felt really close to everywhere we went in San Diego. We would highly recommend #3787268 to anyone visiting this area. Thanks again Ramon!!

Great hotel alternative

4 of 5
We thoroughly enjoyed our week here at one of this company's one-bedroom condos. It's a great (and more affordable) alternative to a hotel, especially for a couple. Adding a third or fourth person to your group, and it may get a little tight. Location-wise, this was perfect for us and exactly the area where we wanted to stay. It's close (walkable or a very short drive) to many grocery stores, restaurants, Starbucks, YogurtLand, at least one park (Doyle) and check out the Farmer's Market on Thursdays at Doyle Elementary School. Our unit was close to the pool which worked out great with our young one. The unit itself is clean and well maintained with a couple minor wear-and-tear type issues that didn't impact our stay. Note there is no A/C but a portable unit was there and came in handy on a couple warm afternoons with a couple south facing windows. The kitchen is well equipped and we had lunch there one day and breakfast there everyday. Who wants to cook on vacation? There are two suggestions I have to improve the place; 1) additional towel bars in the bathroom (there was just one) and 2) some furniture on the patio, like a few $20 colorful resin Adirondack chairs from Ace, an outdoor rug and some plants to extend the living area onto the patio. All-in-all we would recommend this place, enjoyed our stay and can't wait to get back to La Jolla.
