Flawless Accommodation in a Perfect Location

5 of 5
If like us you're looking for a clean, modern, spacious holiday apartment with parking, ideally situated in the middle of everything San Diego has to offer, don't bother going back to the property listings page, because you've found it here.  The 3 of us flew in from London late on a Saturday evening and Mauricio was more than happy to accommodate our late arrival, even though I'm sure he would've much preferred to have been out on a Saturday night than wait for 3 Brits to show up. The apartment has everything anyone could need for a stay in San Diego and the location is perfect. Gaslamp (3min walk), USS Midway (8min walk), Little Italy (3min drive), a 4min drive to the freeway from which you can get easily to the Zoo, Mission, La Jolla, Coronado etc in no time. Thank you Mauricio for a brilliant stay and a great first 4 days of our trip around California. Pete, Gareth and Sam from London.

First time visiting California!

4 of 5
This was our first trip to the west coast. Let me first say that the sunsets over the Pacific are unlike anything else, and you really do have the best seat in the house at this condo! The sound of the waves crashing while you go to sleep is the most relaxing part of the stay. The pictures you see online are accurate, the place looks exactly as described. It can get a little warm and humid as there is no A.C. but when there is an ocean breeze, it feels great. There is one fan in the unit which we used and made it cooler. The second bedroom is noisy with people at night while you sleep, so my son just slept on the sofa bed in the living room, no problem. Pete the owner is very nice. He met us there and helped carry our luggage and even gave us some coupons and tips on some places to go! We didn't really stay in Ocean Beach much, but we were close to everything. 10 minutes from Seaworld, about 15 minutes from La Jolla. We also went to Mission Beach which was really nice and about 10 minutes away. There are plenty of towels, a beach blanket and toys if you have kids. Overall the Condo was very nice, but Ocean Beach was not the nicest part of San Diego. Definitely make it a point to explore other areas!

Great Vacation Memories!

5 of 5
I was fortunate enough to rent this property and it was a real gem! I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, reliability and attention to detail provided by the management company. Shelia was wonderful to work with. If you do run across any questions and or concerns, just contact her, she’s very accommodating and easily accessible! The condo is perfectly situated between the beach and the bay (closer to the bay) Loved the quaint little gated private patio and we used it quite a bit. I brought my dog, actually this vacation was for her and she enjoyed the patio as well. She hung out there every morning watching folks walk by and or come to greet her. One man even brought her cookies every day! It was great to have a hose right there to rinse the sand of from the beach. Did doggie baths out there every day. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you need. The décor was very charming and beachy and the pictures on the website depict it perfectly. There is no ac, but the windows being opened did allow for a nice breeze and the temperature was very comfortable. The only reason the ac would have been nice is so that you can close the windows to drown out the more noisy vacationers while trying to sleep. It wasn’t extremely bad, but the houses are very close to each other (as in any beach town) so you are going to hear your neighbors and if you’re not use to noise at night it can make it a little difficult to sleep. After a couple of days I guess I just got used to it and all was fine. Loved that we had reserved parking and laundry facilities! We investigated the whole area. Checked out the dog beaches, went to the Luv Surf shop and The Patio on Lamont which I would highly recommend! Best White Sangria! Yum! The restaurant is also very dog friendly and the staff is amazing! Big John was my dog’s best friend for the evening! We stayed for a week having so much fun, the time just flew. Next year I think I’ll rent it for 2 weeks!  Go! Enjoy! You won’t regret it!
