BACHELOR TRIP!

5 of 5
I took my best buds here for my bachelor party for a weekend of fishing and partying. We had the run of the upstairs/downstairs unit closest to the garage/alley. Plenty of room and rooms for 8 dudes. 2 bedrooms that are primarily used for the below unit and the adjacent studio also upstairs which we booked too. The 2 units can be separated with a door/lock system. Full amenities with both the studio and the 2bedroom. The place was immaculately clean. All the utilities and amenities were in perfect working order. There was a little hiccup with the bbq grill outside at the community area. The grate was broken and didn't get fixed during our stay. We ended up just cooking our fish on the pans. No biggie. It didn't impede our drinking ability. Very close to the Gaslamp if you were to walk it. Relative to one's sobriety level, of course. There are also lots of nearby food options as well as a couple of convenience stores/markets. Parking is available in the back, enough for 2 compacts in the garage and one f250 in the driveway. Lots of parking streetside as well. We did not utilize the washer/dryer for our 2day trip. Communication with Alik was pretty good. We took care of everything beforehand and he was very clear with instructions for the units. Overall, an amazing stay and we would definitely book again.

JUST PERFECT !

5 of 5
I was visiting San Diego for 11 days to visit my 3 nieces and their families. Collier cottage fit my needs exactly. I was able to walk a short distance to my one nieces' apartment. The cottage was neat and clean and had everything that I wanted/needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and the people that I met were very friendly. Ami was very helpful and willing to quickly answer any of my questions. I would definitely stay in the cottage again and would highly recommend it to others.

VERY NICE 1BR

4 of 5
Nice apartment, pretty much as described. Very clean and all appliances worked (did not use dishwasher). Very comfortable bed. Adequate closet/cabinet space, but would have been helpful to have some clothing hooks. Nice to have your own secure garage space. Friendly corner grocery met basic food needs, 7-11 and pretty good pizza place at other end of the block. Easy access to freeway and the rest of San Diego. If you're from out-of-state or unfamiliar with SD, get/use GPS to get around, we did and had a great time. Alik, the owner, responded to our initial call, letting him know we had arrived, and again when we checked out. He is friendly and efficient. Would recommend for a couple or small (3-4) family. One minor CON: firehouse is around the corner and if active, sirens will be heard-not bad, but be aware. Overall, a very nice place, we would definitely pick it again.
