As expected....

Our group was doing some business in this area. This was a great property for us to rent. We were able to get together & hold meetings with plenty of space ++ it has a great backyard. We appreciated the private driveway area; it fit all of our cars and it was gated. Roman was great to work with. He was accountable and available from beginning to end. He had the house ready for our arrival, stocked and clean. This home is well maintained, well appointed & nicely kept. It was a nice place to stay- we would definitely book this house again.

Perfect Vacation House

5 of 5
Everything about our stay was beyond perfect. My husband and I stayed at the house for 4 nights, and it was our first real vacation with our 3 month old son and our chocolate Lab. From the first point of contact, Sheila and her team were more than accommodating in helping to arrange our stay. They helped me arrange to have baby equipment rented, and it was delivered to the house before we even arrived, which saved us a lot of stress. The house itself is beautiful. There was a ton of room, and it came supplied with everything we could have possibly needed. The roof deck was truly the highlight of the house, it was our favorite time of each day sitting up there. We not only cooked almost of our meals up on the roof, but also enjoyed both the sunrise and sunset up there each day. The house location can not be beat, situated directly in between the ocean and bay. With the house being only a couple houses away from the bay, we went for daily walks along the bay each day. There were also a ton of cute coffee shops and restaurants within a quick walking distance- Swell Cafe, Better Buzz and Rubicon Deli were a few of our favorites. And if you haven't yet tried an Acai Bowl, it is a must have breakfast when in San Diego! The main selling point of the house for us, was how dog friendly the company and house was. That was a huge bonus of us, as our dog travels everywhere with us :) We are already counting down the days until our next trip to San Diego to be able to stay in another LuvSurf house!

Incredible vacation estate!!

5 of 5
This is our second year renting this estate (it really is) for our three generation family vacation. It is beautiful, immaculate, well laid out, and big enough for grandparents, kids, and grandkids to not feel crowded. Between family meal preparation in the gourmet kitchen, to dinners in the outside dining area, to hours in the beautiful pool and spa, to finally settling in for games and movies in the evening, this was the perfect vacation! The house is so well equipped, we only went out one time. Heather, Stephanie, Carole and Linda are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and they wanted to make sure we had the best time. And we all did!
