          Perfect spot!

          4 of 5
We celebrated a fun girl's weekend at this house. It was a great spot to call home for a few days. Perfect setting in the vineyard. Lisa (the home owner) was very easy to work with and everything was as she said it would be. I would recommend that everyone stay in the main house. The guest house is not as nice.

Quaint farmhouse with a wonderful owner!

          5 of 5
The home is very old and rustic but has a lot of charm. We loved the yard. The kids enjoyed playing in the pond and fishing from the covered dock and rowboat. The chickens, horse and donkeys were a bit hit with the kiddos too! We loved picking the organic fruit from the trees and farm land. We are addicted to the mulberries, and are even ordering more! Bettina, the owner, is very sweet, hospitable and helpful. It's obvious that she cares about her guests and goes the extra mile to ensure a great stay. She even brought us homemade apricot bars, fresh apricots and mulberries upon our arrival. The home is definitely not the Four Seasons, but it is clean and full of old books, magazines and art, which is fun to peruse. We even saw the marking on the door jam from which indicated the height of her children as they grew--charming! The home is out in the woods, so to speak, so one will see lots of bugs, animals and dirt. Great for kids! The description on the site is accurate. We would recommend that you visit the organic farm in Three Rivers.

          Peaceful rejuvenation. Quiet comfort.

Our family of 6 stayed here this past week. The house was a peaceful retreat from our hectic lives. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Bigger than imagined in pictures. Unique antiques at every turn. Loved the wrap around porch for early coffee and family talks.
