We went down with 6 couples for Memorial Day weekend and can't compliment this location enough. You can access the beach from the home and you are about 100 yards from the bike path. The rooms are well appointed. The master bathroom is huge and the master closet is even bigger. We had 6 couples upstairs (two shared a large room with queens) and one couple downstairs. Pool table, music throughout but spent the majority of the time at the pool/jacuzzi. We used the outdoor bbq and kitchen which both were great. The owner, Mark, is very helpful giving a walkthrough and teaching the media/stereo system. You will not be disappointed.

We loved being in the condo last January and February so much that we’re coming back next January and February. The location is great; we saw beautiful sundowns every night, had lots to do and see in the local area, saw whales breaching from the patio, and dolphins playing in the ocean every day. The description pretty much says it all.
