Cozy place and convenient location

5 of 5
We had a really fun week of wine tasting in the Paso Robles area, and also did a Friday evening tour of Hearst Castle, and daytime jaunts to several nearby towns. The house has everything you need - we cooked several meals there, and it's a perfect setup for two couples. We liked being able to walk to downtown Paso Robles, and we did some bike riding in the hills by the house. The owners clearly care about providing you with all you need to have a good experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home in Beautiful Country

5 of 5
This place was great! It's located in a beautiful setting out in the country overlooking some rolling hills, yet still close to plenty of wineries and town. We really enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets out on the deck. The house had plenty of space for our group of friends, both for meals in the dining room and relaxing in the living room. The bedrooms were comfortable as well. Great place that felt like home -- would definitely love to go back!

A unique and very special hideaway.

5 of 5
My daughter and I were looking for a special place to stay in Paso Robles. We wanted something that was not your typical hotel or Bed and Breakfast. Since we were traveling to Paso Robles from Virginia, we wanted to feel immersed in the relaxing serenity the area offers. This is what we found at this property. We stayed in the converted barn which easily accommodates a couple with a kid or two. The decor is delightful and the Queen sized bed is spacious. The pull out sofa bed is comfortable and the upper bunk provides a great place for a child to sleep. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning and being greeted by two miniature horses and a donkey. We enjoyed the privacy and quiet. In the back of the barn there is a patio with a view of a huge lone oak tree which at night, is back lit by more stars than I think I've every seen. Marty and Karen are wonderful hosts by making sure you have everything you might need, making themselves available if needed, yet providing a quiet and private stay. We did not cook while we stayed here, but we easily could have with the kitchen and dining table. Our hosts also provided plenty of brochures and local winery information. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an intimate and unique experience.
