If you're hesitating about whether to rent this property, well....DON'T. My family just returned from a week-long trip to Anaheim, including four days at Disneyland and California Adventure.
All of us had an incredible time - due largely to our decision to stay in this house. It's close enough to the theme parks to make the trip in and out manageable and easy (and we brought our kids home two of the four days for naps) and just far enough away that you feel removed from the hustle and bustle of the craziness.
My son (age 4) LOVED the "movie theatre room" as he called it, and built forts in the Peter Pan bedroom, which he claimed within seconds of walking through the door. (He's a Peter Pan fanatic.) Our 2-year-old daughter was comfortable in a crib in the Under the Sea bedroom. The kitchen is open and gorgeous and made preparing a meal easy. We didn't use the pool much (we like the water WARM since we are from Arizona) but we ate at the bar table in the backyard under the lights and it was lovely.
Kori was helpful without being obtrusive. She sent texts to remind us when it was trash day and street cleaning day and was a joy to work with throughout the process.
One item of note: the house has two bathrooms - both with showers. If you have small kids, just be aware of this. Our kids usually took baths with us, but we switched to showers for the week and it was fine!
Couldn't recommend this rental more!
