Top notch

My wife and our 10 month old twins drove in from phoenix for my wife's birthday and our anniversary. Pinkie was wonderful even before we arrived. She answered all my questions about child safety and my wife felt totally safe with the twins while we were there. When I asked Pinkie about a spa treatment she intially said she didn't know. However, within days I got an email about a special at the spa that was discounted about 50% that I got my wife for her birthday. She recommended several restaurants that were all within walking distance and our favorite was Saporro, a sushi place. The waffle ice cream sandwich next door to Saporro was great too! Pinkie even measured the clearance of the garage to see if our roof top rack would fit. When we arrived there was champagne, which we heard about, but there was a birthday cake for my wife with a note too. She even called to make sure we arrived OK and if we had questions. When the wifi went out she responded to my email promptly and emailed me the fix, which worked. I have rented several properties from vrbo and Pinkie has been the best to deal with. We were low on laundry detergent and she had some dropped off the next morning. We even broke a lever on the blinds and I offered to pay for it. I told her to take it out of my deposit. She told me "that's the price of doing business but thanks for letting me know." When she returned my full deposit she wrote a handwritten note. These touches just made a great experience even better. Everything on the listing is accurate. Place was clean. Tons of towels which were of high quality. After putting the twins down to sleep we spent time on the balcony drinking wine, watching the sunset, watching people swim in the cove, and watching the tide crash on the rocks.View is great and the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. As the safety of our twins with the #1 concern we weren't disappointed. It's all one level. Plenty of carpet to cushion falls. No real sharp edges on tables, etc. There was a large plant in the unit and even that was on the corner of the kitchen counter so that they couldn't get to it. My wife and I wondered if Pinkie placed it there since she knew we were coming with infant twins. As for the location it's beachfront, walking distance even with a twin stroller to many restaurants, near the pier which makes for a nice run while you watch ther surfers, near a grass area on the beach where our twins could crawl and practice standing. Pinkie, you are great!!!

Fabulous and relaxing

Thank you Sharon & John for sharing your condo. It is just as beautiful and comfortable as your descriptions & pictures show. Everything about the condo is wonderful. My husband & I spent 1 week in Oct. at the condo & loved every minute. We loved it so much we just got home from another week there. In Oct. we walked everywhere, ate at the Blue Parrot twice, the Puerto Nuevo Shrimp is unbelievable good. We shopped at the Farmers Market and strolled through all the local shops. We used our rental car 3 times in a week. To get to the condo from the airport, to go to the grocery store and then back to the airport. We were always back on the deck for the sunsets and then I would cook dinner in the fully equipped and well laid out kitchen. In Dec. the storms were awesome. We watched the waves hitting the pier & the rain from inside the condo. We walked alot, when the weather permitted. We ate out only once, at The Blue Parrot and ate the same shrimp again. I love to cook and their kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. My husband and I enjoyed the big TV with the DVR. We could zip through commercials or record shows for later. At bedtime the big down comforters on the beds are so warm and snugly it was hard to get up in the morning. When we came home in Oct. we got rid of our coffee maker because we liked theirs so much better , we had to get one just like theirs. Today I went and got a new hairdryer because the one they provide for guests is so much nicer than what I own. There is only one reason I didn't want to write this review... I was afraid the condo would always be rented and we wouldn't be able to stay there again. It's beautiful, we can't wait to go back again. Thank you, thank you, thank you.... Kitty & Michael
