                    MY WEEK AWAY...

                    4 of 5
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The little house near the ocean was a perfect spot to work from and commute to Orange for business. Having a garage and private entrance with a window facing the street made the unit bright and interesting. The house was minimally appointed and if I return I would be reminded to bring bath soap, hand soap and extra pillowcases. There should be a dish rack given no dishwasher. With NO oven, BBQ is your only alternative. Once the upstairs unit was occupied my rating plummeted for this property. They were loud, rambunctious and I was grateful it was my last night there.

IN THE HUB OF ALL THE ACTIVITY AT THE NEWPORT PIER

                    4 of 5
This is an extraordinary location with a great view of the beach, Newport Pier, and the boardwalk. The unit has nice comfortable furniture and beds and an updated bathroom. The deck fits seven comfortably and is a great place to people watch or just have your evening cocktails. Our family loved boogie boarding and body surfing right in front of the home. The unit is walking distance to all the restaurants and bars of this iconic location. The only downside is the noise of the local bars occasionally peaks and can be heard from the back bedroom. That is the price of being in the hub of all of the activity. If you wear yourself out with beach activities, you'll barely notice. We also loved the treat of being able to see the Huntington Beach 4th of July firework shows from our deck.

                    WONDERFUL WEEKEND GETAWAY

                    5 of 5
My husband and I stayed here in September. When we first arrived we said "Wow!" It's located right on the boardwalk, and has an obstructed view of the beautiful ocean. We spent most of our time on the patio, which has a nice large glass table with 6 chairs. Which we enjoyed barbequing, people watching, and listening to music. The 2 bedroom 1 bath unit was extremely comforatble and clean. The full kitchen with dining table was a plus. We enjoyed the living room with the large pull out futon very much, we watched movies and the sunset from it. The only thing the unit didn't have which we needed was beach towels and extra blankets, so don't forget these necessities. The bedroom with the queen bed was very comfortable except we like to sleep in late and the room (which faces south) had foldable blinds (which need to be replaced) and they let in a lot of light. The bedroom with the squeaky bunk beds, faces north so it is very dark, but we didn't want to sleep in seperate beds. We loved this property very much, especially because of it's location. It's a very short and lovely walk to the Newport Pier, shops, and restaurants. We will definitely recommend this property to anyone and we will return next summer, or any season because Southern California has great weather all year! Ps. The manager Julio is a accessable, helpful, friendly, generous person. Thanks Julio!!
