Place, Host, Location, All Awesome!

5 of 5
The place, very nice! We were happily surprised when we walked in to find much more furniture then the pictures shows. There is a full size Queen in the guess room not shown and well as coffee tables and much more. The location is killer, it's great for our corporate work trips and vacation because it is close to the beach and shopping and a the 405. The place is on a quite road too. The host, is extremely nice and quick to respond. Took care of anything we needed within an hour or two. Highly recommend, we'll be coming back often!

Great clean house in convenient location

4 of 5
The house is very clean and fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, which was wonderful. There is a large balcony, perfect for outdoor dinners, storing sandy toys and bikes. My favorite thing about the unit was the washer and dryer...I used it quite a bit! It was fun to be so close to the pier and a great beach in front. The only things that were a little weird was the homeless people that stay out front in the park. It was fine, but a little weird. Also, our friends stayed in the unit next door that is exactly the same as ours and we paid quite a bit more for ours. Other than those two things, it was the perfect place for our family of 4 young kids. We would definately stay there again!!

Guestbook Comment

Thank you for an outstanding vacation condo. We wanted a homebase from which to take our three kids (8, 5, and 3) to visit Legoland, SeaWorld, and lastly Disneyland (which we didn't make because the kids chose to play at the beach instead!) We appreciated Henry (owner) welcoming us at our arrival to introduce us to the finer points of the condo and the Newport Beach area. Besides stocking the refrigerator (and the wine rack) with some essentials, he even helped carry our luggage up from the garage. The condo's location next to the Pier put us right in the middle of the action but being on the second floor gave us plenty of privacy. We enjoyed our morning walks to the donut shop (best pain-au-chocolates ever, including Paris) followed by a stroll on the pier to spot dolphins swim with the surfers or watch the locals fish for mackerel. And don't miss dinner at the Crab Cookery--truly a local gem complete with a 12- foot shark hanging from the ceiling.
