2050 Ocean Blvd Newport Beach

4 of 5
Great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy accessible parking! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very nice. The home was well equipped and had sand toys and a high chair we used. There were a few doorknobs of older glass types that fell off frequently and the downstairs bathroom tub was slow to drain. A new dishwasher was not attached to the counter and the dish racks were not installed correctly so you could not fit any dinner plate in the top nor bottom rack. There was only one drain stopper in the home to use for the kitchen sink and two tubs.

Simply Awesome!!

5 of 5
The location puts you in walking distance of so much of the best Newport Beach has to offer, and if you love to walk you can get to 2 piers, the beach, restaurants, the Fun Zone, Balbo, Balboa Island (with shopping) and so much more. The apartment is clean, well-furnished and the owners were very friendly and responsive to all our needs. I have already recommended this locations to family and friends.

Comfortable Vacation Home

4 of 5
This Balboa Island home provided a comfortable and convenient vacation experience. There were 2 adults and 3 teenagers in our group. We all had an excellent time! The owners were easy to communicate with and arrival through check-out was smooth. One of the very best features of this home is the location. It is located steps from the harbor and a couple of short blocks from the Newport Peninsula ferry. Our family rented bikes for the week at a nearby shop. We rode to the quaint main street for ice cream and shopping, took our bikes on the ferry to the beach and to several nearby restaurants. We also spent a day in Disneyland and found the drive from the house to the park to be easy and stress-free. Although there was construction on a nearby home, it did not hinder our trip. This home was plenty spacious, and we made good use of the large dining table and outside front patio. The kitchen was well stocked and all the basic conviences were supplied. The upstairs did get stuffy each day and one back bedroom did not cool off easily even with all of the windows open. Some of the furnishings are somewhat dated but the bathrooms upstairs are beatifully remodeled and again, there is plenty of space. There is a basketball hoop out back but no basketball. We purchased a ball and played almost daily. If you plan to prepare meals at the house, we recommend purchasing your groceries on the way into town as there is no large grocery store on the island. We absolutely recommend this property and hope to stay there again!
