Absolutely PERFECT

5 of 5
The Villa was the center of my wife's 50th Birthday Party which was PERFECT in every way. The location, amenities and awesome views could not have been better. Working with the owners was a pleasure and I can not wait to do it again. The memories you can create here are timeless.

Pictures do not do Justice!

My friends and I live all over the US and Canada, and due to a conference in SF, wanted a Sonoma getaway that was close to town, but allowed us quiet time to just hang out together. This was ideal. It has the most amazing location, just an 8 minute drive to downtown Sonoma, but still removed enough that it is surrounded my Sonoma's most breathtaking nature. The house is great, lots of room, great spaces to sit around and chat while sipping wine and playing games, a well stocked kitchen, and the towels and other supplies are all perfectly appointed. We had 10 people, and though that is the near max, there was still so much space. But, what really takes the prize here is the land / the estate. We got there and ran all over looking for the pool. After a few minutes of hiking this amazingly huge back yard that drops to a creek bed, we thought we made a mistake about there being a pool. That was until I did exploring and found the most UNREAL pool complex next door - carved into the hillside, with a vista trail, Jacuzzi, hammocks, tables and chairs, tea light lanterns. It was more spectacular than pictures could show. What a place to spend time. We only were there for a short spell, and now I know why they laughed at us and out 24 hour booking - you'd need way more time to enjoy all the offerings of this lovely home! Looking for quality time with people you love in a place you'll love - this is it. PS: The owner is a great communicator, making everything smooth and stress-free.

We could have stayed forever!

5 of 5
As VBRO and Homeaway users, we can say that our stay at the bungalow was beyond our expectations. Our hosts made us very welcome and saw to every detail. Although they were in residence during our stay and made themselves available, the property is so large and private we felt alone, but had the comfort of knowing they weren't far. Every amenity was thought of; 2 sets of his & her robes for seasonal temps., an abundance of extra linens, blankets, pillows etc., a fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic condiments and spices, coffee, tea to get you started. Faith has added her incredible touches throughout the bungalow so that the eye is never disappointed. There is what we came to dub "the red bible" on the desk which answers almost any question you might have about the bungalow before you have it. Very helpful. The bungalow is about 10 minutes from downtown Napa, half of which is a beautiful drive down the mountain through deer gated vineyards. The highway is easy to access and daily trips to St.Helena, Sonoma, Yountville and Calistoga were a breeze. Faith and Peter were very helpful with info on where to market, restaurant and visit locally. Favorite food and wine pairing was St. Francis Winery. Don't miss Artesa winery. Loved downtown Sonoma for shopping and lunch. Unexpected highlight was meeting Peter & Faith and their canine and feline family Dorji, Rosie and Fred! We literally could have stayed forever!
