PERFECT FAMILY VACATION

5 of 5
We loved staying at the Country Cottage on our family vacation to Yosemite. It was close to Mariposa for gas or groceries. It was a great location to get to the entrances for Yosemite. The cottage itself was beautiful and comfortable for our family. I loved the "sky tubes" for natural sunlight in the kitchen and master bed/bath. A newer modern style cottage that had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and even an outside grill for BBQ. The washer and dryer was great for cleaning those dusty clothes from hiking Yosemite Park. The view from the cottage alone was breathtaking. Sitting in the hot tub and gazing at the stars was so relaxing and phenomenal. Charles the owner gave us wonderful information on the history of Mariposa and Yosemite and gave wonderful suggestions on what to see. Truly a perfect family vacation. We were very blessed!!

SPACIOUS, LIGHT-FILLED, AND COOL

4 of 5
We enjoyed our stay in late June. The weather was in the mid 90's most of the time so the air conditioning was very welcome. Breakfast in the screened porch was real treat. The house has lots of room and lots of light. Only three blocks to the bus for Yosemite (way easier than driving and no parking hassles). Close to downtown restaurants and the County Museum, don't miss it if you want to see what life was like in the gold rush.

PEACEFUL REJUVENATION. QUIET COMFORT.

4 of 5
Our family of 6 stayed here this past week. The house was a peaceful retreat from our hectic lives. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Bigger than imagined in pictures. Unique antiques at every turn. Loved the wrap around porch for early coffee and family talks.
