Charming cottage

4 of 5
This is a small but comfortable cottage--actually, the back half of the garage for the main house--in a great neighborhood. The garden is quite lovely, just as it appears in the photos, and overall, the property is quite charming. The space is pretty compact, with a bed and little kitchenette; a bathroom adjoins it. We arrived during a cold spell for LA, and during the first night there, the temperature never got above 65 F in the room, despite a space heater going at full strength. We talked to the owner about it, and she was willing to do whatever it took to get us comfortable, including getting a larger heater, but by the next day, the temperature had warmed up. I imagine this would not be a problem most of the year, and for summer temperatures, there is an air conditioner. Atwater Village is a great neighborhood, and some great shops/restaurants are just a few blocks away.

Ultramodern bungalow.

4 of 5
Spotless studio apartment with ultramodern facilities. Loved the rain shower. Washer/dryer, microwave, stove, refrig. Comfortable bed. Nice flat screen TV. Everything you need for your stay. Within walking distance of Sony Studio and downtown Culver City. Only con is no air conditioning, but gets cool enough in evening.

Clean and cozy house

5 of 5
The house looks like on the pictures, it has a good location, the area is nice and safe. The house is comfortable for 6 people. Had no problems at all.
