Impressed!

My wife and I had never been to this area of Los Angeles before and did not know what to expect. After spending one week here with out daughter, we definitely will remember this unique pocket very fondly. First, Rudy's place is exceptionally well kept and appointed with really thoughtful touches throughout. Truly, there is little that he did not think of--beautiful wood accents, shampoo and body wash in the shower, extra bedding, and plenty of cleaning supplies so that you can keep it nice during the stay. The unit has two really charming porches, both overlooking different portions of Los Angeles and is set in a almost tropical valley just east of Culver City. I visited the Ranchero Market down the block at least once a day and found myself mourning the extensive bakery after we left. The market sells cojita cheese and carne aside fresh by the pound and has an entertaining selection of knick knacks and treats. The property has a secure gate and feels safely tucked away from the street. Our dog also loved the side yard and some freedom to roam the property. Above everything else, Rudy is an exceptional host with a very natural sense of hospitality and how to make people feel comfortable. He is very accommodating and easy to work with; it was a pleasure having the opportunity to stay at his property!

Amazing accommodation, amazing family

What a great find for the Glendale area! This is a fairly new cottage with about everything one could want, not just need. It's aesthetically pleasing, extremely clean, with everything in working condition. That plus a warm, charming, and helpful hostess and host is what you'll find here. Lots of steps to the secluded cottage makes getting rolling luggage to and from the cottage a challenge, but not insurmountable. Not only would we recommend this cottage to others, we will be staying again in the near future. Thanks, Anita, for providing this home away from home to us.

What a PERFECT guest house!!

Rudy and znsgelina have thought of everything to make their guests at home. From the toiletries in the shower to the cozy, updated decor and fully equipped kitchen ... suitable for our holiday feast!! When we couldn't figure out the tv, Rudy cheerfully came on Thanksgiving to get the football games up and running for us! We will stay here again in a heartbeat!!!
