Our Ahhh's began when we pulled into the driveway and faced the inviting white cottage gate that opened to our week at this perfect beach house. The biggest Ahhh was walking into the beautiful kitchen and having our gaze pulled to the wall of glass doors beyond the dining room table...the ocean view!
The beach house is upscale, comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated--graced with perfect mattresses, bedding, towels, toiletries and is very well maintained.
The two master bedrooms/baths are perfect for couples...the bunk bed room is small but would be fun for a few kids to share. The beds in that room are extralong twins, though narrower than a normal twin. Our early-twenties slender daughter slept well there! The loft looks perfect for teens but was too steep for a climb by 55+ us!
Our little doggie loved her morning and evening beach walks as well as walks into a town where water bowls welcomed her at every doorway and restaurant. The restaurant choices were so enticing that we only ate breakfast and lunch at the house. We recommend Nick's, Watermarc, Gelato Paradiso (chocolate w/sea salt!) Three Seventy Common and Ristorante Rumari (yummy Italian!) (Definitely NOT G G's!!!)
Overall we loved pretending that we owned this idyllic beach house...if only for a week! We'll be back...
