The BEST home away from home...

5 of 5
I wholeheartedly recommend this property. If you're looking for an escape more comfortable than your own home, this is the place. Nestled in suburbia, but close to everything San Diego has to offer, it was a quiet retreat for this Navy sailor. Casey and Polly will go out of their way to accommodate all needs, and they even invited me to join them for some delicious meals. Casey is an amazing cook, and he will share with you some pretty neat stories. Proceed with caution, though, when they ask you to play a friendly game of Parcheesi... Polly will dominate everybody! You've been warned. All in all, it was a great experience, and I'm extremely grateful for having met such warm and wonderful people!

Perfect location

5 of 5
I stayed at the studio for 2 months during my relocation to San Diego. The studio was cozy, comfortable, and had all amenities necessary for the stay, but the best thing about the place was its location - walking distance to a grocery store, shops, restaurants, the gym, beaches, La Jolla Cove and Caves. Since I was staying solo, didn't get to enjoy too many restaurants, but enjoyed the walks down to the coast almost daily. Another great thing about this studio was its owner, Danna, and her husband Joe. They were so nice, friendly and welcoming, and made sure I was enjoying my stay. They also invited me to a couple of parties with the neighbors, and gave me a chance to meet with locals. It was a great 2 months in La Jolla. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone who wants to have fun in La Jolla.
