NICE PLACE TO STAY

4 of 5
I stayed here over 4th of july weekend with my husband and two children (ages 2 and 4). The condo is basic but very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Andrew was great to work with. He was so accessible. He was pretty much a text message away. Someone said it wasn't luxurious, and it wasn't, but for the price i don't know why you would expect a luxury condo. It is very cozy. The bed was also very very comfortable. I do have one negative comment. It advertises a pull out couch that turns into a bed. I have seen many pull out sofas and this was not one. I guess, in theory it could be considered one, but it was the most uncomfortable one I have ever slept on. I wouldn't even allow my kids to sleep on it, so my husband slept on the regular couch and I slept on the bed with my two kids. No one slept on the "pull out sofa". I would come back here but not with my kids for lack of sleeping space.

WONDERFUL!

5 of 5
This was our first home rental and we had a great time! We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We had 5 adults and plenty of space. Each couple took a bedroom and our 18 year old had the couch. The kitchen had plenty of pans, dishes, and utensils. There was even a couple boogie boards and beach chairs in the closet. :) We could see the ocean from the sidewalk that led to our door and it was literally only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect! The neighborhood was very quiet at night, even with our windows open. The home is central enough that we were able to walk to the coffee shops and restaurants nearby. I look forward to visiting this home again!
